For Porland, we developed a website design in line with current trends to increase user experience. By writing an application from scratch for mobile devices, we made it possible to access Porland from all vehicles. Additionally, we made arrangements to integrate Porland into marketplaces such as Trendyol and HepsiBurada. We automated the cancellation, return, exchange processes that have been used manually until today. We integrated the technical infrastructure into the omnichannel system where all marketplaces can be managed from a single screen. We made the technical infrastructure capable of responding smoothly during peak times. We ensured a smooth migration process by managing all this change without losing the existing customer information archive.
