We came together with Alışgidiş to develop the most suitable solutions for its goals on its journey to contribute to the development of the online shopping sector through its marketplace service model, to provide an improved experience supported by secure next generation payment solutions by processing customer data in the most accurate way, to offer the products and services that consumers need from a single platform and to develop cooperation models that will provide maximum benefit to its stakeholders.
As a first in Turkey, Alışgidiş aims to offer its customers different methods of purchasing in installments that do not affect credit card limits. Alışgidiş, where we integrated features such as using this system efficiently and securely, improving customer experience, stock control on the manufacturer side, tracking order details and price updates on a single panel, has given its brands integrated into its own marketplace a great advantage in e-commerce with its new infrastructure.
- Determination of Needs: It was determined which data will be exchanged during the integration process, which data will be received from where and where it will be sent, which functions will be realized with API integration.
- Ecosystem Integration: With the inclusion of Alışgidiş in our ecosystem, other brands in the ecosystem were connected to the Alışgidiş marketplace with API integration.
- Customization of Order Processing Processes: Optimization of order confirmation, shipping, cancellation, return, stock update processes were carried out.
- Support Services: Necessary support services were provided for the integration of all brands using the Akinon infrastructure to the Alışgidiş marketplace.
