Vodafone, one of the top telecommunication firms of the world, with its top-up and package management application “Vodafone Yanımda” now provides integrated services to all markets via its online shopping platforms “Her Şey Yanımda” and “Market Yanımda”.
To make their existing online market more efficient and secure to users, to gather all those operations such as stock checks, order details, price updates in one panel for the producer and improve the speed, quality of the features as a whole to fit the customer’s demand; we have come together with Vodafone.
At the ultimate stages of the project, we created & formulated a constantly upgraded, developing operating manual. By means of this manual all the necessary steps to be taken by the firms integrated into the market of Vodafone were provided as well as the solutions and guidance to solve certain possible problems which the firms may encounter.
- Identifying Necessities & Needs: Topics such as the information that is to be exchanged during the integration process, the source and the target of the data, the features that required API integration were determined, finalised.
- Ecosystem Integration: After Vodafone became a part of our ecosystem, the firms in the ecosystem connected to “Vodafone Yanımda” with API integrations.
- Personalising & Specialising the Order Processing: Processes such as but not limited to order confirmation, shipping, cancellation, return, stock update were optimised.
- Testing Stage: All the requirements for the transition of the pre-existing market were resolved swiftly.
- Support Services: Necessary support was provided to all firms utilising the “Akinon” basis/infrastructure for their “Vodafone Yanımda” integration.
- Preparing Documentations: An operating manual which contained step-by-step guidance and solutions to possible conflicts was formulated for all those that integrated to “Vodafone Yanımda”.
